From Estimate to Final Walkthrough
A straightforward process built around clear communication, careful prep, and a clean finish.
Free estimate
Free in-person estimates run 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM. Gary Debreceni walks the rooms or elevations with you, notes repairs and washing, and writes a clear scope. Photos help. The visit still decides the work. Small and large projects are both welcome.
Color consultation
Complimentary on-site color swatches so you can see choices in your actual lighting—north rooms, south rooms, and evening lamps included. We stay with the selection until you are comfortable. Sheen is part of that conversation, not an afterthought.
Prep
Preparation may include power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, drywall repair, patching, and priming, depending on the project. Floors, furniture, and landscaping are protected as the job requires. Paint does not hide a dirty or damaged surface. Prep is where the job is won or lost.
Paint
Products are chosen for the surface and for New England climate. Application is methodical: cut lines, even coverage, and a jobsite that stays organized. You know who to call if a question comes up mid-project because the company is owner-operated.
Walkthrough
Every project includes a final walkthrough. We review the finished work together, clean the work areas, and leave a 3-year quality guarantee in place. The job is not complete until that review happens.
What happens after you request an estimate
You will hear from Gary to set a time. The visit is a walk of the actual surfaces, not a square-footage guess. If lead-safe practices, wallpaper removal, or washing belong in the scope, that is decided here so it is in the price. Then we schedule around interior access or exterior weather.
